AI Agents Plus was founded in 2020 and is led by Gachengoh Marugu, an engineer with 15 years of production systems behind him.
The early work was custom agents and automation for growing businesses. What we learned is that the model is rarely what holds a project back. Integration, data access, review steps, and whether the team actually uses the thing on a Tuesday afternoon decide whether it pays off.
So we narrowed our focus. Today we work on Claude: AI employees that live where your team already talks, Anthropic's legal and financial-services suites implemented inside your firm, and governed AI for banks and insurers whose data cannot leave the building.

We specialise in Claude and the tools around it: Cowork, Claude Code, MCP servers, Skills, and the Hermes agent runtime. You get people who have shipped on this platform, not a team learning it on your budget.
Our systems draft, check, and recommend. A named human approves anything that affects a client, a customer, or a filing. That is how we build for law firms, funds, banks, and insurers.

Our office is in Gigiri, Nairobi. Most of our clients are in North America, Europe, and East Africa, and we overlap working hours with all three. For Kenyan institutions we design around the Data Protection Act 2019 and can deploy on local infrastructure.
